New Features of the Zojirushi BB-PAC20
1. Top lid heating element. This new heating element was designed to eliminate the problem in the previous model with loaves being insufficiently browned on top after baking. Now you can enjoy loaves which are wonderfully even and browned consistently due to the extra heating element.
2. Automatic Pause. The Automatic Pause feature is a handy addition for those that like to keep an eye on the kneading cycles. This feature automatically pause's the dual-kneading blades when you open the lid during the kneading cycle.
3. Larger Viewing Window. The size of the viewing window is bigger than before, giving you a better view of the progress of the kneading cycles.
4. Baking pan handles. Removing the pan from the machine after baking is now even easier due to the addition of handles on the pan.
5. Gluten-free course. A special pre-set option has been added for gluten-free baking. Now you can bake gluten-free breads without using the Basic course.
6. LCD Clock. The control panel now features an LCD clock which makes setting up the timer and checking completion times easier than with the previous model.
